Refund policy
Returns
To initiate a return with Queene Luxury Hair Collection, please send an email to info@queeneluxuryhaircollection.com within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please note that the item being returned must be in its original packaging and should not be altered in any way. In addition, kindly provide a reason for returning the item such as a defect, incorrect delivery, or dissatisfaction with the product. The company will then assess the request and determine whether to issue a refund or exchange. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product to the company for a return or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase at Queene Luxury Hair Collection. As a result, we provide a hassle-free refund policy so that our customers can shop with confidence.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. The hair extensions or wigs must be in their original packaging, unworn, and unaltered to be eligible for a refund. Products that have been tampered with, cut, colored, or styled are not returnable. No exceptions.
Please contact our customer service team at info@queeneluxuryhaircollection.com to arrange a refund. When we receive your request, we will email you a return label and information on how to return it.
Once we get the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the conditions of our refund policy. If the item has been approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be granted in the same payment method as was used to make the purchase.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges, and initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your bank account. Also, check your bank statements as well. If all else fails, always double check with your banking company.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@queeneluxuryhaircollection.com and you’ll be notified of the location to send items purchased for exchange.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, again, please send email first at: info@queeneluxuryhaircollection.com then you’ll be notified of the location to ship your items to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
